If you were recently arrested and your vehicle is in our possession, in order for us to release your vehicle back to you, we need the following:

Valid Drivers License

If your vehicle was impounded, the vehicle will only be released to the registered owner and a valid license. If you were arrested for a DUI and you license is currently valid, please bring paperwork validating the status of your license. If you do NOT have a valid license, please contact our office.

Proof of Insurance

Valid insurance is MANDATORY for the SPECIFIC vehicle you are picking up. Expired

Release from police department (If applicable)

If required, we will need the release from the police department that detained you.

Plates (If applicable)

If your plates are suspended, please contact our office for more information.

 

Payment

Payment for releasing your vehicle is to be paid in cash. We will not accept credit, debit, or check for arrest releases.
